setting. It features 390 guest rooms and suites, has highly acclaimed food and

beverage outlets; elegant meeting rooms and banquet facilities. With

over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves

together an international five star presence with Mediterranean charm.

We are

currently looking for an experienced F&B Sales Executive to

assist in the execution and optimization of our Restaurants and Bars sales

efforts.

The exciting role will work closely

with F&B and Sales Department to maximize revenue opportunities through the

sale of outlet restaurants, beverage and service. Develop a Sales plan that

maximizes revenue by driving the sale of Food and Beverage outlets. Evaluate

marketing promotions and produce monthly reports.

Other key responsibilities

includes, developing business

and executing tactical food & beverage sales plans strategy; as well as maintaining

and updating Food and Beverage guests database. Create and implement effective

marketing schedules of Food and Beverage activities. Manage corporate sales

activities and events in-line with the annual sales and marketing plan and to

achieve/exceed budget and sales strategy for your hotel; interact

with clients, owners and suppliers to promote Food & Beverage and Hotel. Contribute

to the selling strategy of the hotel and manage the departments to increase

outlets awareness.

Qualifications

Ideally, you will have a

degree in Bachelor's degree in Hotel or Hospitality Management (or equivalent),

with at least a year’s experience in a similar role in a 5 stars hotel. A background in hotel marketing with a large

number of restaurants and bars would be an advantage; and have handled successful projects promoting

Food & Beverage outlets.
