Because, for this vital role, we’re looking for an experienced customer service professional, who thrives on creating memorable experiences for guests. As the face of the hotel, your dynamic personality and superior communication skills will enable you to relate with our guests whilst identifying and anticipating their needs.
Your responsibilities include guest check in and out, settling of accounts, responding to phone queries and reservations, as well as demonstrating strong knowledge of the hotel and local area. Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and pro-actively building rapport with guests are key to success in this fast-paced role.
Ideally, you’ll have 6-12 months experience in a reservations or guest service agent role preferably within a front office or hotel environment. You’ll possess excellent written and oral communication skills, along with a strong desire to deliver results, whilst maintaining excellent service standards. You’ll also have the flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends and meet the legal requirements to work in Australia.
