InterContinental Sydney is located close to the Opera House and Botanical Gardens with sweeping views over the harbour. We are now looking for a Part Time Bell Attendant to join our professional and charming Bell Desk team at InterContinental Sydney. Joining our vibrant, professional and results driven team will give you the platform to further develop your leadership skills and build your experience in a five star luxury hotel.
You'll be a motivated, outgoing and genuine person who loves to interact with a variety of people and working as part of a team. You'll ensure sure our guests feel welcome each time they connected to Sydney. You'll act as the first point of contact when a guest arrives at the hotel and be prompt to guest requests taking care of their baggage and managing their arrival, including parking of cars.
You'll hold a current drivers licence, be able to work across a 7 day rotating roster and have a passion for exceeding guest expectations. Ideally you'll have at least one year experience in a similar or customer service role in a hotel environment, have the ability to communicate at all levels and have a real passion for ensuring our guests enjoy an effortless stay.
