Holiday Inn Sydney Airport is located just five minutes from both the domestic and international airport terminals and is the ideal stopover destination. At the moment we are looking for a friendly and professional Assistant Night Manager to join our Front Office Night team.

In this role you will be involved in all matters affecting guest service and hotel operations to ensure guests receive prompt attention and personal recognition throughout the hotel. You'll coordinate and oversee the hotel from 11pm to 7.30am including ensuring the safety and security of our guests, exceeding our guest’s service expectations and auditing & balancing our hotel's accounts.

Ideally you’ll have previous experience in a similar role or a proven track record in a hotel front office environment in a supervisory capacity. You'll have excellent guest relations, problem solving and time management skills, excellent record of guest problem recovery and have a working knowledge of hotel property management systems such as Opera. A current NSW driver’s license, First Aid Certificate and Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card are required for this role and you must also meet the legal requirement to work in Australia.
