in the hotel's revenue growth by leveraging on the company's systems,

procedures and business processes.


Ensure own productivity and that of the

team on a day-to-day basis by planning and assigning work and establishing performance and development

goals as set by the GSL.

Report, Backup Report and Trace Report from Opera PMS for daily room



Accurately Enter/Update Reservations


Great Room - Process Guest Food and

Beverage Order (The Great Room)


Great Room - Ensure Great Room is

cleared, presentable and tidy at all times.


Meeting room- Set

up Meeting Room, Make Tea and Coffee, Clean

Meeting Room


Clean and Organize Guest Areas and Pick up

debris throughout Public Areas


Updating constantly on local knowledge to

improve the guest experience.

· Responsible

for IHG Rewards Club Enrollment & Recognition

· Finance/Admin

(Petty Cash Processing, Purchasing, Billing)

· Handling

groups by working closely with sales to ensure effective room assignment and

management of group movements.


Demonstrate and

display leadership by example towards the junior GSA team.


Leading new hires through On

The Job Training, ensuring task competency through OJT Task Competency Inventory



Custodian for the daily

shift checklists, delegating responsibility for the outlined tasks and ensuring

outstanding completion.


Daily briefing regarding the

daily movement, rooms management, daily reception targets for enrolments etc.


Daily update to junior team

of heartbeat scores and what actions need to be taken.


Self develop and lead self.

Have an effective and fluid PDP in place.


Successfully Driving Results

through special project work that delivers on Winning Metrics.


Minimum high school/secondary education/college degree

preferred. Positive attitude, pleasant personality, good communication skills,

hotel operations and/or service experience preferred, basic computer literacy.

Must be conversant in English.
