At the moment we're looking for a Duty Manager to join our team at Crowne Plaza Changi Airport . This role manages all front office operations, assists in maintaining a comprehensive, current and guest focused set of departmental standards and procedures. You'll be diligent and adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.


Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following things we're looking for :

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a hotel front office department with preferable experience in both front desk and reservations

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a team leader, shift supervisor, assistant manager or duty manager.

  • Excellent customer relations, problem solving and time management skills.

  • Working knowledge of hotel property management systems such as Fidelio, Opera, Lanmark etc
