Crowne Plaza Newcastle is currently looking for a Full Time Guest Experience Manager - Nights to join their enthusiastic and driven Front Office team.

You’ll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills. Because, for this vital role, we’re looking for someone who will be involved in all pertinent matters affecting guest service and hotel operations to ensure guests receive prompt attention and personal recognition throughout the hotel. You will play a key role in the delivery of our superior branded guest service experience and will respond to guest needs and issues as they arise. You will also lead, direct and support the Front Office team with their daily activities, knowledge, development and promotion of associated hotel activities and rewards programs.


Ideally, you will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a hotel Front Office operation, preferably with overnight experience and exposure to both front desk and reservations procedures. During this time you will have operated as a Front Office Supervisor, Assistant Manager or Duty Manager. You will have excellent customer relations, problem solving and time management skills, whilst having a working knowledge of a hotel property management system such as Opera. While you will predominately work the night shift, you will also have the flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, overnights, weekends and public holidays.
