-At least 3 years of housekeeping experience in 4/5 international chain hotels
-must have prior supervisory experience in managing a large team
-Good communication and written English
-strong inter-personal skills with excellent ability to manage employee productivity
-excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
-Detailed and meticulous, with expectation towards quality delivery.
-Knowledge of Opera Property Management System is desired although not essential.

Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager and/or General Manager you'll oversee and direct all aspects of overall Housekeeping operations which includes guest rooms, public areas, laundry and other specified back-of-the house areas.
Working with your team, you will be implementing and controlling Housekeeping procedures that provide for the health and safety of personnel and guests, such as lost and found service, key control, security and emergency procedures and environmental procedures whilst maintaining IHG Brand Standards related to guest rooms, public areas and laundry.

Ideally, you'll have a minimum of 3 years at a managerial level in a hotel Housekeeping department. You will also have an excellent ability to manage employee productivity, attention to detail; a detailed knowledge of health, hygiene and safety procedures and a detailed knowledge of cleaning chemicals and laundry equipment. Knowledge of Opera Reservations systems is desired although not essential.
