As Guest Experience Manager you will manage the concierge
operations of the hotel to ensure the achievement of established guest
service quality standards and departmental revenue and profit goals. In addition you will drive brand standards and the hotel's value initiative of our Winning Ways: Do the
right thing, Show we care, Aim higher, Celebrate difference and Work better
Ideally, you will have a minimum 3 years experience in a hotel front office environment with 2 years experience as a team leader or duty manager. You will have excellent customer relations, problem solving and time management skills, a working knowledge of hotel property management systems such as Fidelio, Opera and Lanmark and an understanding of point of sales systems such as Micros.
