As Sales Manager International, you will drive and develop new and existing business for the hotel in all market segments. Your key responsibilities will be: to implement sales and marketing activities to maximise sales in leisure and luxury segments; to effectively manage and network existing accounts and to identify and develop new business opportunities; to actively promote and sell InterContinental Madrid hotel.

You will attend and represent the hotel at trade shows and conventions and/or participate in sales trips to key feeder markets.

You will actively ensure consistency of brand standards and a high level of performance and service delivery.

Qualifications

Requirements include: university degree plus at least 5 years sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience and a related degree is preferred.

Prior sales experience in luxury hotels is necessary

You must be able to travel to attend workshops, trade shows, conventions, etc. and may be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

Fluent in English and Spanish (write an speak) is a must.

You must meet the legal requirements to work in Spain.
