We've got an excellent opportunity for a Instant Services Manager to join our front office team!

You'll report to the Front Office Manager and oversee all aspects of telecommunication services to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities of the role include :

  • Manage the operation of all telecommunication equipment, both software and hardware aspects, to ensure that they are working properly.

  • Perform PABX data-base programming and regular service change to control class of service on all telephone sets in the hotel.

  • Ensure that preventive maintenance is carried out on all telecommunication equipment regularly.

  • Develop and implement procedures for proper handling in and out going telephone calls, facsimile transmission, rental equipment, lease telephone lines and other telecommunication services.

  • Investigate and resolve complaints relating to the telecommunication services in the hotel.

Qualifications

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following things we're looking for :

  • Local equivalent of a technical diploma.

  • Experience in a similar capacity.

  • Meticulous and detailed.

  • Possess independence to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
