At the moment Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley is looking for a Group Accommodation Agent to join their dynamic and evolving events team.

Reporting to the Crowne Meetings Director, you will be a reservations and events expert who is responsible for managing the accommodation reservations for all conference groups along with ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery of some of the amazing onsite events held onsite at Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley.


Ideally, you'll have a minimum 2 years experience in a reservations role (use of Opera system), a passion for weddings, excellent communication skills, high attention to detail and be computer literate - Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Must be flexible to working weekends when required.

Events experience preferred but not essential.
