Job Overview

-{PS..0}->-{PS..1}->-{PS..2}->-{PS..3}->-{PS..4}->You will be managing the day to day administrative operations in HumanResources office. You will carry out responsibilities in the followingfunctional areas: Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), compensation,benefits, and employee relations.

Duties & Responsibilities

FINANCIALRETURNS

  • Ensures purchase of the lowestlogical air travel fares for colleagues as entitled compensation and benefit inthe colleague s contract and/or local standard operating procedure.
  • Maintains and controls HR office stationarysupplies at minimal cost and wastage at all times.

PEOPLE

  • Prepares administrative worksthat are required for any colleague welfare activities in the company.
  • Maintain HR related records in personnelfiles and HRIS in a timely manner that meets management information needs atany point of time.

GUESTEXPERIENCE

  • Coordinates colleagues issues effectivelyand efficiently that will not obstruct colleagues to be successful in assistingour guests.

RESPONSIBLEBUSINESS

  • Counsel colleagues and potential colleagueson plan provisions as per regulated so that individuals can make informeddecisions on benefits.
  • Comply and supports IHG Human Rights Policy,IHG Foundation, IHG Green Engage, IHG Code of Ethics and Business Conduct whenadministrating all HR tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

-{PS..0}->-{PS..1}->-{PS..2}->-{PS..3}->-{PS..4}->Bachelor sdegree from four-year college or university in Human Resources or any relatedfield. Able to speak and write fluent English. Proficient in computer skills;e.g Email, Microsoft Office Words, Powerpoint, Excel. A team player who isable to communicate well with others.
