The Crowne Plaza Dubai is an upscale hotel

brand located along the business area of Sheikh Zayed Road with over 568 rooms,

At the moment, we are looking for a Bellman to join our enthusiastic, warm and friendly Front Office team at Crowne Plaza Dubai .

As

a Bellman , you will ensure that all

guests are being assisted to the company standard in the Front Office

Department. You will ensure that the highest standards of hospitality and

welcome are demonstrated at all times within Front Office areas.

The

Key Responsibilities are:

  • Greetingarriving guests and assist them with their luggage

  • Escortingguests to their rooms, explaining the room facilities

  • Deliverluggage, messages, faxes, packages to guests and to undertake variousother requests ensuring guest satisfaction

  • Conveyancedeparting guests’ luggage from the room to the lobby, ensuring that theguest has verified that all luggage has been accounted for.

  • Assistwith keeping lobby area clean and orderly

  • Ensurethat luggage has been stored safely as per the Hotel Standards

  • Befully aware of what functions that are going on in the hotel

Qualifications

You

will need to be flexible with working hours and be a team player. You should

have a minimum of 1 to 2 years relevant experience. You will be an enthusiastic

individual who can communicate easily with both your fellow team members and

guests. You will bring with you strong interpersonal skills and good command of

written and spoken English is required. A professional and friendly appearance,

a service orientated mindset, high initiative, team spirit, a drive for results

are desired.
