Under the guidanceand supervision of the Resident Manager and within the framework of the IHG policies& procedures, responsible for managing overall day-to-day operations of thedepartment and for delivering all recreational guest services, including thespa, pool and gym operations.

Duties and Responsibilities
-[if !supportLists]->1.-[endif]->To ensure the smooth running of the day-to day operations of the Spa& Recreation department. Be able to manage and facilitate the propertracking of guests & members, cash flow, relevant accounting procedures& all administration duties.
-[if !supportLists]->2.-[endif]->Work with the team to maintain a warm, welcoming and friendlyatmosphere, ensuring guest courtesy is to the highest standards at all times.
-[if !supportLists]->3.-[endif]->Confidently coordinate all administrative duties and organize all staffschedules as required, to best suit the operational requirements.
-[if !supportLists]->4.-[endif]->Analysis revenue data, sales & marketing figures, member usage andretention information to report progress and create action plans to counter anynegative areas.
-[if !supportLists]->5.-[endif]->To coordinate with all Spa & Recreation team members in ensuring thatall recreation department fire, life and safety procedures, as well as rules& regulations are strictly observed by all.
-[if !supportLists]->6.-[endif]->Promote enthusiastically all classes, activities, retail sales, pool bar& services that are offered in the Spa & Recreation department.
-[if !supportLists]->7.-[endif]->To address any inquiries and complaints with knowledge, accuracy andconfidence.
-[if !supportLists]->8.-[endif]->Lead the development of the department regarding new products andservice standards.
-[if !supportLists]->9.-[endif]->Coordinate with the engineering department for all maintenance work tobe done in any area of the sports club. Also oversee the regular maintenance ofall gym equipment ensuring all service contracts are completed.

-[if !supportLists]->11.-[endif]->Assist all colleagueswithin the department by helping them to develop in their role and encouragethem with their self development.

-[if !supportLists]->1.-[endif]->Comply with Hotel Rules and Regulations andprovisions contained in the Employment Handbook
-[if !supportLists]->2.-[endif]->Comply with Company Grooming Standards at alltimes to portray a professional image of self and the hotel.
