Duties and Responsibilities

-[if !supportLists]->-[endif]->Ensures guest services specified by superiors and guests requests arepromptly and courteously met
-[if !supportLists]->-[endif]->Reports damage or malfunction in hotel rooms to superior
-[if !supportLists]->-[endif]->Maintains equipment in proper state of cleanliness and repair
-[if !supportLists]->-[endif]->Maintains a section room report
-[if !supportLists]->-[endif]->Maintains a daily room checklist
-[if !supportLists]->-[endif]->Meets with superior and takes on daily assigned tasks
-[if !supportLists]->-[endif]->Reports and submits lost and found articles to superior immediately
-[if !supportLists]->-[endif]->Report guest complaints to superior immediately
-[if !supportLists]->-[endif]->Reports unusual behavior/activities on floors to supervisor
-[if !supportLists]->-[endif]->Records room status in allocated section accurately
-[if !supportLists]->-[endif]->Complies with hotel s health, safety and hygiene policy
-[if !supportLists]->-[endif]->Adheres to personal grooming and hygiene standards
-[if !supportLists]->-[endif]->Attends meetings and training sessions as required
-[if !supportLists]->-[endif]->Creates and maintains floral arrangements
-[if !supportLists]->-[endif]->Carry out valet services when required including delivery of linen orprocessing laundry orders
-[if !supportLists]->-[endif]->Demonstrate service attributes in accordance with industry expectationsand company standards including being attentive to guests, accurately andpromptly fulfilling guests requests, anticipate guests needs, maintain a highlevel of knowledge which affects the guest experience and demonstrate aservice attitude.
