InterContinental Doha is looking for Personal Assistant to General Manager to join our team.
As Personal Assistant to Executive Office , you will support the General Manager and Resident Manager in the Executive Office with all administrative and organizational activities. You will have to arrange and schedule appointments and/or meetings for the General Manager & Resident Manager. You are responsible for keeping and updating files in an orderly manner, to ensure efficient running for the department and controls the flow and screen all documentation routed to the Office of the General Manager. You follows-through instructions or directives cascaded down to the Heads of Departments members or to the department heads by the General Manager and ensures that all these are adhered to.

Ideally, you will have 2 years of experience in the same role with relevant school/college qualifications.
