Job Overview

Responsible to supervise all the front office operations, ensure allstandards of check in, check out, billing are meet at all times. Encourage andtrain colleagues to maintain highest level of professionalism at all times.Ensure that the lobby area is presentable and represents our set standards.

Holiday Inn Doha TheBusiness Park - The Company may temporarily post you to another IHG hotel/department/Crowne Plaza Doha - The Business Park after discussing thesuitability and domestic arrangements with you. You may on occasion be requiredto travel both in Qatar and overseas in connection with the employment.

Duties and Responsibilities

-[if !supportLists]->1.-[endif]->Checksall arrivals and ensures that room blocking are made in accordance to guest spreferences and ensures that registration cards are prepared with correspondinginserts.

-[if !supportLists]->2.-[endif]->Checksand ensures that all blocked rooms are vacant, clean and with full amenitiesprior to guest s arrival.

-[if !supportLists]->3.-[endif]->Checksand retrieves e-mail from time to time and ensures that everything are properlyaddressed.

-[if !supportLists]->4.-[endif]->Ensuresthat all incoming calls are answered promptly.

-[if !supportLists]->5.-[endif]->Anticipatesbulk check in and check out and ensures that everything goes smoothly andaccurately.

-[if !supportLists]->6.-[endif]->Checksand reviews additional bookings and ensures that there will be enough availablerooms.

-[if !supportLists]->7.-[endif]->Assignsside duties and sees to it that all assigned tasks are done at the end of theshift

-[if !supportLists]->8.-[endif]->Ensuresthat the counter is properly manned at all times.

-[if !supportLists]->9.-[endif]->Printsshift reports and performs an on-line back up.

-[if !supportLists]->12.-[endif]->Maintainsthe cleanliness and order of the working area and ensures that all stocks areproperly replenished.

-[if !supportLists]->14.-[endif]->Performsadministrative tasks and resolve all outstanding issues.

-[if !supportLists]->15.-[endif]->Checksand updates registration cards and sees to it that all information is completeand accurate and ensures that all important and special preferences are noted.
