We currently

have an opportunity for a London cluster hotel recruiter.

The key responsibilities of the role will be:

Provide

a timely and effective Resourcing Service to the London cluster of hotels. Promote IHG as an employer of choice. Implement recruitment initiatives which

support the company’s strategic goals and vision. Support the development of an enviable pipeline

of talent within the business. Support

hotel line management in recruitment procedures, in particular competency-based

interviewing.

Essential duties will include:

Ensure

that all advertising, both internal and external, meets brand and corporate

standards and guidelines. Ensure that

all vacancies are advertised internally though our ATS Taleo. Co-ordinate and manage local advertising

campaigns. Develop and maintain

professional and effective relationships with external suppliers, including nominated

advertising agency and recruitment agencies.

Work with area and hotel teams to recruit individuals into key

roles. Undertake recruitment activities

at all levels within the hotels (including advertising, interviewing and

assessments), ensuring hotel staffing levels are maintained at all times. Support hotels by suggesting alternative ways

of attracting candidates as appropriate.

Update and maintain the Hotel Succession Plan in conjunction with HR,

whilst driving a pipeline of talent throughout the business. Work with recruiters from other areas of the

business to ensure effective succession and recruitment activities. Attend local and national recruitment fairs

as required to promote IHG as an employer of choice and attract suitable

candidates and build our candidate database.

Develop existing relationships with Universities, Colleges, Hotel

Schools etc within your area and in the UK to ensure IHG is perceived as an

excellent company to develop their career with.

Work alongside the HR team to ensure all recruitment processes &

procedures are of a high quality and maintained at all times. Ensure that all hotels in your cluster have

sufficient supplies of recruitment collateral and that it is used appropriately.
