The Projects & Planning Manager will work across all elements of our Distribution & Commercial Marketing function, including the Digital, Voice and Loyalty teams to deliver increased revenue, conversion and loyalty to direct channels.

The Role:

As the Projects & Planning Manager you will sit within our Distribution & Commercial Marketing team taking responsibility for a variety of highly visible projects across the Europe Sales & Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide project management and leadership to the teams responsible for supporting cross-functional programs and initiatives across Sales & Marketing, Europe.
  • Provide analysis and guidance to steer ROI across programs and channels, interacting with senior leadership to ensure timely decisions are taken to set program direction.
  • Report on global or regional key performance indicators and make recommendations to improve measurement and reporting.
  • Oversee and report on budgets; ensure spending is on track.
  • Consolidate annual plans across all activities; create and maintain documentation.
  • Create, improve, implement and enforce operations processes, procedures and tools to drive efficiencies and facilitate smooth workflow.

Profile:

We re looking for an experienced professionalwith demonstrated expertise in effective communications, project management and team management gained either within a consultancy or a large corporate.

To be successful you will be able to demonstrateproject management experience (over 6 years) in organizing, planning and executing initiatives from conception through implementation.

In addition, you will have superior verbal and written communication and presentation skills. You will be able to influence across complex project teams as well as having the analytical skills and research abilities. Finally, you will have the aptitude to use the results of investigations to make effective strategic decisions.
