We’re searching for a talented Organisational Development Consultant to join us immediately for a contract until the end of the year (December 2017).

As the Interim OD Consultant , you will be responsible to design and deliver an Organisational Development intervention to build Global Finance Functional capability focusing, in the first instance, on developing the Global Finance Team’s top talent.

This is an exciting hands-on project working across our regions globally, your purpose will be to build capability and enable a mindset and culture shift from where we are now to where we need to be as a team and organisation.

You must be either immediately available or available on short notice and can commit to full duration of the contract until the end of the year. There will also be some aspect of travel globally to run the programmes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Define current state and purpose of intervention to include

  • Define goals and success measures

  • Design appropriate interventions to meet established calendar of events around business partnering and change

  • Assist with running and coordinating a 3 day events in Singapore & London, focussing on Future Finance

  • Liaise extensively with senior leaders in Global Finance, HR, Talent & L&D to ensure that all interventions are high quality repeatable, and ‘captured’.

  • Manage external 3 rd party suppliers, ensuring services are appropriate, timely and of high quality.

What we’re looking for:

The ideal candidate will experience working on similar, complex projects at a senior level in a global and matrix organisation.

You’ll be a strong networker and/or to communicate to stakeholders at all levels. You will also be creative, pragmatic and able to quickly build learning interventions.

Previous HR business partnering experience with Finance functions would be highly beneficial.

You will also be able to start the role as soon as possible and commit to the full duration of the contract.
