As the Global Resourcing Manager you will create, champion, deliver and embed standard, repeatable and measurable world class recruiting practices across all our regions.
You’ll work collaboratively with our Regional Resourcing teams to assess need and act as the expert in providing suitable options to support in-region hiring activities. You’ll have experience working in a fast paced, global matrix-organisation and understand the complexities and challenges this may pose.

This position sits in our Global Human Resources team and will be responsible for coordinating and supporting global and regional resourcing projects, to drive global operational effectiveness of our recruiting practices.
This opportunity will work closely with our Regional Resourcing Teams and key stakeholders within the business.
Support discovery, design and execution of a Talent Project, working with global & regional teams.
Co-ordinate the roll out of Country Career Pages in liaison with regions, partnering with Employer Brand, including drafting of copy/materials for the respective pages.
Co-ordinate and support global and regional resourcing projects to drive global operational effectiveness of our recruiting practices, as determined.
Support the design and execution of a data integrity programme to support our Applicant Tracking systems, working with the regional resourcing teams.
Support the embedding of the IHG Way of Hiring including PSL agencies and hiring processes (to be led from the regions).
Work with regional teams and the Employer Brand team to create and deliver a quarterly competitor update for Resourcing, aligned with Employer Brand updates.
Continuously improve the regional and global Resourcing Dashboards and ensure dashboards are issued quarterly, on a timely basis.
Manage the annual/monthly subscription renewals with our global strategic resourcing partners including (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, SHL, Oracle)
What we’re looking for:
This position would suit a passionate Resourcing Manager professional with at least 4 years resourcing experience.
You will come from an in-house or internal recruitment background with resourcing operations experience within a global organisation.
You’ll have a technical understanding of the theory, principles and practice of talent acquisition operations and best practice with experience of global attraction channels including careers sites, job boards, professional networks, job platforms, social recruiting, job aggregators, gamification and search engines.
You must be a pro-active, organised individual with the capability to build a trusting relationship. And demonstrate an ability to work within tight deadlines.
Due to the urgency of this role, you’ll be either immediately available or on short notice and commit to the duration of the contract.
