Our North Charleston Office is currently seeking Customer Care Representatives to create great experiences with guests and hotels to support customer satisfaction and guest retention. This role maintains long term relations to build trust and confidence through all contact channels and protects and supports brand image by being responsive to customer inquiries. This is a phone based customer service role in our North Charleston contact center.
Requirements include internet navigation skills, along with other relevant system competencies, good time management, organization, and priority skills. Qualified applicants must have excellent verbal and written communications skills as well as the proven ability to create and establish effective working relationships to impact and influence team members, peers, and management. You must be able to assimilate data from various sources and the ability to recognize necessary action to take based on hotel feedback and other available data. You must be able to answer phone calls from our guests and communicate with them verbally.
Qualified candidates must show genuine empathy and support to our guests through positive experiences in every interaction. Customer Care Representatives use decision making skills to provide possible solutions to problems. Use excellent communication skills to interface with guests, reservations offices, hotel staff, and others to provide resolution to guests that may be on or off property. Customer Care Representatives provide recognition and acknowledgement to our guests and protect the integrity of our hotels, brands, and programs.
Customer Care Representatives earn a starting base wage of $12 per hour plus a $1 shift differential for hours worked after 5 pm and any hours on the weekends.
