We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Sales Associate to support the UK based Association portfolio. The role is based in Based in our Branston Offices and is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of the Associations sales team. We would be equally interested in applicants who are looking to work 4 days a week as well as those looking to secure a full-time role.

The role is ideally suited for a passionate individual who is looking for their next opportunity to join a corporate sales team. In addition, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the hotel industry, therefore previous exposure to working in a hospitality environment will be extremely beneficial.

The Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing, proactively growing and driving revenue for a UK based Association account portfolio. You will develop client relationships to ensure increased market share and client insight.

The main responsibilities are the role include:

• Driving revenue performance of the assigned Association’s account.

• Developing client relationships from designated account portfolio in order to leverage market share and increase revenue.

• Compliance of IHG tools and systems to includes IHG Way of Sales and IHG Javelin

• Working in collaboration across IHG functions/departments, hotels and clients to execute and deliver against targets.

Profile:

We’re looking for at least 2 years’ experience within a sales or meetings/conference role. You will have gained your experience within hospitality or a closely related industry.

To be successful you will have exceptionally strong communications skills, both written and oral as well as having excellent computer skills

Finally, you will have a proven track record of achievement and have a passion for the hospitality industry.
