As a passionate and charismatic Seasonal Five-10 WaterfrontBartender you will have overall responsibility for preparing sophisticatedpitchers, as well as signature cocktails among other beverages, all the whilemaintaining a high level of quality, and consistency, as you deliveringimpeccable service that exemplifies our

Forbes Four-Star service standards.

You will prepare beverages requested by guest and monitorguest behavior and guest alcohol consumption to determine when alcohol serviceto the guest should cease; notify management of incidents involving excessivealcohol consumption or impaired condition of customers; check identificationwhenever the age of a guest requesting alcoholic beverage service isquestionable.

You will set up bar including all liquor,mixers, ice, garnishes, glassware and supplies and perform pre- and post-shiftside-work while requisitioning all necessary supplies. The role is responsible to inventory unusedliquor and beverages and ensure that all liquor is properly secured before,during and at close of shift. Inspect bar daily for cleanliness and inspect allequipment and machinery for proper operation. You will clean after shift andwipe down counters, equipment, stools, chairs, tables and other areas asrequired. The Bartender may also perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications include basic reading, writing and mathskills. Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholicbeverages, designated glassware, preparation methods and garnishments. Formalbartending training needed, in a high volume, upscale bar/restaurant preferred.You must meet state legal age requirements.

An Alcohol awareness certification and/or food servicepermit or valid health/food handler cards may be required by local or stategovernment agency. You may be required to work nights, weekends, and/orholidays. This job requires ability to perform the following: handling,carrying or pushing items weighing up to 50 pounds, moving about the bar,lounge and kitchen, bending, stooping, kneeling and lifting.
