In additional to the hotel , this is an exciting moment to
join our team while we are launching two new restaurants to the additional
F&B 7 outlets currently existing, a spa focus and other facilities. Create
a storyline with us at the InterContinental Bangkok and Holiday Inn Bangkok.
The hotel based role is a key and crucial
member of the Marketing team, reporting to the Director of Sales &
Marketing and includes key
responsibilities such as:
Provides input to the annual marketing strategy and budget process to ensure channel optimisation for direct revenue, resource allocation, risk identification and new business opportunities is predominant. Working closely with the revenue team.
Implements the business digital marketing strategy through programmes and initiatives to stimulate and drive demand. Be nibble and savvy.
Performance management of all distribution channels and partnerships - Business Travel Agents, CRO, GDS, OTA Web & Social Media to name just few.
Ensure all marketing content produced directly or by the marketing or public relations team (imagery, messaging, language and compliance) is up to date, brand compliant and promoting our offering on distribution channels to drive direct channel revenue on Hotel Content Manager (HCM) and consistent across all channels and partner websites.
Leverage and leading all programmes, platforms and initiatives from IHG Corporate for deployment on property through distribution channels.
Maintains awareness of trending booking mediums in different countries.
Provides measurement, reporting and effectiveness on performance of all distribution channel initiatives. Interprets data from internal and external sources to create optimum decisions.
Sources, creates and publishes media-rich content to deliver key messages.
Actively 'listens' to guest sentiment on-line and feeds the hotel to respond accordingly, storyteller.
Ideally you'll have a Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing,
Communication Technology, Travel / Tourism, Hospitality or an equivalent
combination of education and at minimum 3 years work-related experience in the
industry or related industry with demonstrated proficiency in digital
Demonstrated work experience will include:
Search engines, on line social media mediumsengagement and digital marketing opportunities with capability to drive revenueperformance (online & offline), SEO management.
Excellent communication skills in English,both verbal and written, as the role is accountable for all publishedcontent. Local language and source market language a plus
Demonstrated influencer and consensus buildingskills
Strong self-motivation and a team player
Self starter with an eye for detail, here to make adifference
