At least 2 years of of related training experience, or an equivalent
combination of education and experience.
Must have prior supervisory experience in managing a large team
Good understanding of English
Strong inter-personal skills with excellent ability to manage employee productivity
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Detailed and meticulous, with expectation towards quality delivery.
Communication skills are utilized a significant
amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact
with guests, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the
brand and the Company
- Problem solving,
reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities are used

Reporting to the Front Office Manager you'll oversee and direct all aspects of overall front office daily operations.
Working with your team, you will ensure guests receive prompt, professional
attention and personal recognition.
Ensure guests are greeted upon arrival.
Respond appropriately to guest complaints. Implement appropriate service recovery
gestures in order to ensure total guest satisfaction

Ideally, you'll have a minimum of 2 years in Front Office operations in a large full-service,
luxury, resort, or major flagship hotel with an extensive range of facilities
and services. You will also have an excellent ability to manage employee productivity, promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination
with other departments.
