Qualifications

Ideally you’ll have previous

experience as a Sous Chef or be a Chef De Partie looking for that next

step. You’ll have experience in

delivering a high level of food quality in a hotel or restaurant environment

and preferably you have worked with food safety systems such as HACCP.
