IHG Americas Business Support Center is located in the Northpoint/Alpharetta area just outside Atlanta’s Perimeter (I-285) and is easily accessible from Georgia 400, offering a convenient commute from most all areas of Metro Atlanta. As a Senior EPM Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the systems administration of Global Finance Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems and applications used for Group internal and external reporting. Provide technical expertise and direction in developing and supporting system level associated processes. Responsible for administering outlines, calculation and report scripts, data extracts, load rules, substitution variables, running MaxL and basic Unix scripts, and assisting with software upgrades. Provide day-to-day support to the IDT Regional Management Information Delivery teams. Develop and document policy procedures for the Production Support team including service level agreements. Responsible for SOX / SAS 70 security compliance through audits, documentation, and key contact with internal and external auditors. Lead non-funded projects to enhance existing EPM applications and processes. Work with business and technical partners to define the requirements and coordinate the process through delivery. Participate and support the development team in the provision of new processes or applications for funded projects. Support the migrations to QA and subsequently lead the migration to Production. Work with Application, Development, and Integration (ADI) and Technical Operations teams to ensure that the current Business Intelligence systems are performing efficiently. Plan, schedule, and conduct decision support system tests as appropriate; monitor test results and take corrective action. Assist in systems development planning, product performance, support, and monitoring. Serve as key contact for Data Center and ETL teams.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in Computer Science or related field and five (5) years’ experience as a Systems Administrator and programming role. Or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field and three (3) years’ experience as a Systems Administrator and programming role. Employer will accept one (1) year of directly related work experience in lieu of one (1) year of college/university. Five (5) years of demonstrated experience in Windows operating system, SQL, Visual Basic, Hyperion Shared Services. Four (4) years of demonstrated experience in Hyperion EAS. One (1) year demonstrated experience in Business Objects and Teradata business intelligence tools. Demonstrated experience in Hyperion Essbase and Hyperion Planning including load rules, report scripts, calc scripts, substitution variables, Unix shell scripts, ESSCMD, and MaxL scripts; Orcale tools including HFM, FDM, HSF, Shared Services, and Financial Reporting; ETL Tools, RDBMS, and multidimensional databases; ERP Systems; and client/server, basic Unix, and Shell scripting.
