Our Americas Corporate office, based in Atlanta,Georgia , is currently seeking a SeniorBusiness Analyst who will be responsible for the following:

• Responsible for

actively resolving technology needs of the business with a focus on eliciting

requirements and performing complex systems and process analysis, design and/or

prototyping and validation.

• Facilitate the

optimization of business performance by ensuring the alignment between business

processes and information technology.

Develop plans and/or recommendations to integrate new and existing

standards, methodologies and/or processes for assigned systems.

Be accountable for successful implementation of projects according

to business requirements and system standards.

Participate in all stages the project lifecycle from discovery,

planning, design, development through testing and deployment; lead support

transition and train the trainer

Develop working relationships with other members of technology

team and business stakeholders

Share knowledge and information through regular communications and

facilitation.

Work at his/her own direction and balance competing priorities and

customer needs.

Demonstrate knowledge of data integration to perform

reconciliation, resolve discrepancies, and verbal and written communication

skills for explaining results to end users.

BandLevel: 6

Salary range: Base plus potential bonus

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's or Master's

Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education

and work related experience. 8 years’ work experience in business

systems analysis across multiple business processes and/or business unit

experience that includes working closely with IT in the development and

implementation of systems with demonstrated mastery of technical and business

knowledge and understanding of multiple discipline/processes related to the

position. Experience with financial applications and/or ERP systems is

beneficial but not required.

Require demonstrated

experience in the following:

5 years Custom software application experience

3 Years integrating systems with third-party service vendors

Knowledge of nuances of custom developed systems, how to tie

business systems and processes, as well as ability to understand technical

problems and solutions in relation to current as well as future business

environments.

Demonstrated analytical and conceptual skills in developing

efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems.

Excellent critical thinking skills, the ability to ask probing

questions to understand business objective

Be highly organized and manage project deliverables to timelines.

Must be self-driven to complete work on/ahead of schedule

Strong leadership and communication skills

Advanced MS Excel Skills and SQL

This position will work

closely with client management (including hotels), development teams, support teams

(including deployment operations, training, and HSS), Central Shared Services

Resources, IT management to discuss projects, provide recommendations on

improvement opportunities and operating and financial performance as well as

resource constraints, issues impacting project progress, technical designs.

External Key Relationships –

Key vendors, and third

party interface providers; as well as professional associations, industry

experts to keep informed

of existing and evolving industry standards
