Job Summary – (RoleSummary)
Americas PMO Project Manager ensures the successful implementation of new
processes, programs, and/or systems for the Americas Region. This individual is responsible for leading
various project teams and utilizing project management discipline to implement
major initiatives, which involves balancing competing demands among scope,
time, cost, and quality, stakeholders with differing needs and expectations,
identifying requirements (needs) and unidentified requirements (expectations)
and working concurrently with multiple client departments and other franchise
communities as project plans are developed and executed.
Essential Duties andResponsibilities –
strategic Americas Regional initiatives; addressing and handling risks and
issues on a day-to-day basis
measurement plans and adopt the appropriate quality procedures to ensure smooth
and compliant launch and sustainment of these initiatives
all internal project team communications of progress and issues with external
and internal stakeholders
project plans related to the project, associated testing and/or pilots, and
full launches for each project as needed
the work associated with each work stream.

Education – Bachelor's
or Master’s Degree in Business Marketing, Hospitality, or an equivalent
combination of education and work-related experience
Certifications – PMP ®/
/CAPM ® /Six Sigma preferred
6-8years’ project management experience responsible for managing large scale,cross-divisional, cross-functional projects with numerous stakeholders.
6-8years progressive work-related experience in marketing and/or hotel operationsand/or a related hospitality field.
Demonstratedproficiency in multiple disciplines/processes related to the position,including experience managing projects, change management and/or Six Sigmacontinuous improvement.
Technical Skills -
project management experience in organizing, planning and executing large-scale
projects from conception through implementation.
