The Assistant Cluster Revenue Manager is a key member

of the hotels commercial teams working with the Cluster Director of Revenue

Management, the hotels’ reservations and reactive conference sales teams. Using

the full portfolio of revenue management practices and techniques they will

support and execute short, medium and long-term strategies for profitable

revenue generation and capture across all the hotels’ activities. The hotels

you will be focusing on are the Crowne Plaza Amsterdam-South, Kimpton Dewitt

and the new to open QO in Amsterdam

Qualifications

Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (KeyActivities of the role)

·

Execute the hotels’ pricing and market mix

strategy for all market segments.

·

Conduct analysis of product, price, occupancy,

NetRevPAR and RGI from the agreed competitive sets

·

Ensure all commercial systems are optimized

to maximize the hotels rooms revenues.

·

Sets group price and acceptance parameters

using analysis of pick-up trends and market conditions, to maximize the

opportunities to confirm group business at the initial enquiry.

·

Give reservations and reactive C&B teams

guidance on optimizing inventory.

·

To support the achievement of Loyalty program

targets through the analysis of the program, penetration by segment and

account, and to recommend actions to drive activity.

·

Contribute to the hotels commercial strategy

meetings, recommends revenue generating options, agrees targets and owners for

revenue actions, ensures communication and action of the outputs.

·

Understands the composition of hotel

profitability, and uses this information to evaluate the business mix and to

make recommendations for future rate setting and negotiation.

·

Produces weekly and monthly rate and

occupancy forecasts for bedrooms and meetings.

·

Support operations teams with weekly and

monthly forecast for all other revenue streams.

·

Key role in the hotels budget process, in

creating the business mix strategies and support the hotels executive teams in

updating the key systems within the agreed deadlines.

·

Responsible for the optimal representation of

the hotel’s products in all distribution channels

·

Ensures that tactical activity is presented

in a timely and correct manner.

·

Ensures compliance with the Lowest Internet

Rate Guarantee.

Qualifications

Essential

Highly numerate

EU citizen or valid work permit

Good written and verbal English

Educated to HND/Degree level or similar

Experience of a variety of PMS systems and

Delphi

Strong excel skills

·

Knowledge of Perform, IDeas or another market

leading revenue management system

·

Craft Trainer

·

Valid driving license
