new restaurant & bar. A concept that picks up on two popular themes;

burgers and craft beer. Good honest food you recognize, guaranteed. It will be

the forth opening of this concept, the second in the Middle East.

We are looking for the

right leader who will be able to guide our kitchen team throughout the

pre-opening phase, leading into to a successful opening of this exciting concept.

Starting with the

recruitment of kitchen team members, the set up of recipes, plating and SOP’s

and certainly the development of a team that will deliver an exceptional food experience

in a comfortable and welcoming environment. The Outlet Chef manages all kitchen

operational aspects on a daily basis by ensuring compliance with brand and

Hygiene standards, operation procedures and a deeply embedded guest centric

ethos.

Together with the Outlet

Manager the Outlet Chef creates innovative promotions to market special menu

items, increases sales, enhances guest satisfaction and gets involved into

maintaining food costs.

You are responsible for

the performance management of your kitchen team members and take every

opportunity to elevate service standards that ensure an excellent guest

experience every time.

Qualifications

Ideally, we are looking for

someone who has pre-opening experience with at least 2-3 years as an Outlet Chef in a full service outlet, with

experience in a large, high volume steak house or bar being desirable.

Knowledge of different kind of

Burgers is a must.

You need to be result driven and

highly passionate about your job with a great level of integrity.

Excellent English communication

skills and the passion to interact with guests and colleagues is

essential.
