Making it happen by being perceptive to yourguests needs; by taking ownership for getting things done and workingseamlessly with others to help guests be successful.

Duties andresponsibilities

-{PS..0}->Write requisitions of food in advance in order toensure uninterrupted operation and get the approval from Sous Chef or ExecutiveChef.

-{PS..1}->Have knowledge of all menu items in regards toingredients, method of cooking and presentation.

-{PS..2}->Make sure that all dishes are uniform and thatestablished portion sizes are adhered to.

-{PS..3}->Be responsible for constantly maintaining a highstandard of food preparation by checking it for taste temperature and visualappeal.

-{PS..4}->Make sure that all refrigerators are clean and tidyand checks constantly the stored food items on freshness to prevent the use ofspoiled or contaminated products in any phase of food preparation.

-{PS..5}->Make suggestions to the Executive Chef or Sous Chefconcerning improvements which would lead to make more satisfied customersand/or increase volume of business or profit.

-{PS..6}->Make sure that his set up mise-en-place are alwaysready, so that he may give quick, efficient and quality service.

-{PS..7}->Follow detailed instructions given to him by theExecutive Chef or Sous Chefs at all times and brief the staff daily accordingto information s necessary

Qualifications

Recognised hotel diploma and at least 1year experience working in the same position with detailed knowledge of foodtechnical skills is essential for this role as well as a proven track record inlaunching new concepts and promotions, training and developing staff. It isalso essential that you have a good command of the English language (verbal andwritten) and knowledge
